When your career is lagging, what better than to appeal to the nostalgia of middle-aged folks with an album of old-timey covers?

That's exactly what singers Cher and Wynonna Judd are doing!

Cher is reportedly coming out with an album of 60s covers because "it was such a magical time for music" and she wants to "pay tribute to a time when I used to listen to music on my little transistor radio," she says.

Quaint!

Wynonna's Sing, however, covers a broader range of genres, drawing on the likes of Hank Williams and Merle Haggard for her covers because "it's all me, its all part of the tapestry of who I am."

They should just collaborate and spare all the yuppies that extra 20 bucks!

Britney Spears’s “Circus” music video has leaked!!!!! Quick, watch it before it’s taken down!!!!!

The vid, the second one off of her album of the same name, was supposed to world premiere on Friday. It was directed by Francis Lawrence, who also did Brit’s mega-hit “I’m A Slave 4 U” as well as the 2007 film I Am Legend.

It gets pretty steamy when Brit strips down to some nude-colored clothing!

Supersizing “Celebrity Apprentice” gives NBC a way to cut programming costs, since adding an extra hour of an already-produced reality show is much less expensive than airing an original scripted or unscripted hour. With “Biggest Loser: Couples” already slated to fill two hours on Tuesdays, and “Howie Do It” set for an hour on Fridays, NBC’s winter schedule will likely feature at least five hours of unscripted programming each week.

Setting aside for a moment whatever the fuck Howie Do It might be—and all the Canadian-cranium-polishing and germaphobic-fist-bumping that truly dreadful title implies—things have now gotten so desperate at NBC that they are stretching out Celebrity Apprentice to two hours per week. That's twice the combforward, twice the Z-list celebrities competing for charities they secretly wish were their own bank accounts, and twice the uncomfortable rendezvous at Trump's gold-encrusted penthouse vomitorium to catch up with his Transylvanian mail-order bride and their future little beednees tycoon.

That said, let's take a look at the rumored cast!

Black, McKnight, Watkins: Washed-up recording artists. (Maybe Black has a career, we honestly have no idea—but would he really be doing this if he did?) Look for McKnight to eke out a few more weeks than his competitors when he rearranges the lyrics from his one hit with all the counting in it to become the catchiest 1-800-Flowers jingle ever.

Kardashian: Is that the drunk driver? Or the mother who looks like Liza? Or the one who has to sit behind the register of their drug-laundering-front accessories-store because Kim is the hotter one. We get them so confused!

Clay, Green: Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum. One has one ball, the other, none. NEXT.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson spent their Tuesday day shopping in Beverly Hills and it looks like LL picked up a few things for herself along the way. I'm grateful that Brit Brit has a new song and video out, because maybe this means they'll stop playing that "Woomanizah" shit everywhere I go. I go to Duane Reade, they're playing it. I go to the free clinic, they're playing it. I'm doing sexy times, the dude is humming it. It won't leave my brain area. This "Circus" song isn't as catchy, so hopefully little babies won't be burping the chorus to it when I'm walking by.

I never really cared for the circus, so this video really isn't making me produce any panty pudding. The circus always scared me. One time my mom took us to the circus and bought us some clown flashlights or some shit. For some reason, my mom didn't want us to play with them all the time so she put them high on some bookshelf. My sister and I thought we were fucking action stars, so we climbed the bookshelf. Well, the shit came crashing down on us and we almost died! Died, I tell you! This video just makes me flashback to a huge bookshelf falling on my face. I blame it on the circus.

But there is lions in this video and I like those! Although, Chester is going to be fucking pissed off as shit that she didn't use cheetahs instead. That was dead wrong.
