Sorry for the lack of updates, but we are down in New Orleans for the Essence Music Festival. We’ll be back on track in a couple of days. lol!

Anyway, I finally got to meet the talented Ms. Tasha Smith on Friday during Day One of the festival. She spoke during the ‘Leading Ladies Talk About The Representation of Black Women In The Media’ panel and signed autographs for her fans. She even took time to chat it up with me & J. Dakar and mentioned that she is a big fan of the site. Let’s just say I’m an even bigger fan now that I met her in person. She’s genuine and definitely deserves her props. Thanx Tasha & Joseph!

In Related News, Tasha has 4 upcoming films in the works, not to mention, she is still working hard running her successful acting workshop. Keep doing it big Tasha!
